How do I change currency?
Check the language files after you've installed component. Go to /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_simpleorderform.ini and change CURRENCY to whatever fits your needs.
Be advise that you have to change en-GB folder path to the language you are using.
Can I remove your link?
I've spent many hours developing this extension. I give it to you for free. I think a link at the bottom of one page is not too much to ask ...
If you like the extension and don't want the link, then please support me and buy PRO version.
I want some additional futures ... How can I implement them?
You'll have to know a bit of HTML, PHP and Joomla! system. Or you can hire someone who knows this stuff - me for example :)
